PAYMENT TERMS:
- More than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded. Less than 2 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.
- Check in is no earlier than 2pm and check out is no later than 10am.
- Can book for extended stays. More than 7 days qualifies for extended stay discounts of 10% and more than 30 days 25%.
- Key can be collected by Host upon arrival.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Throw trash away: Kindly dispose of all trash in the designated bins outside before check-out to keep the space tidy and odor-free.
- Turn things off: Please remember to switch off appliances before check-out.
- Lock up: Please lock all doors and windows securely before check-out.
- Return keys: Please remember to return the key to the security or host before check-out.
